ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

Summary of Position:

The main role is to work under the direction of the Account Director, and closely with Account Managers in the day-to-day project management on various agency accounts, utilizing interactive, TV, out of home, and print media. The Account Supervisor will also work with the Account Director on new business pitches and client presentations. A successful Account Supervisor will also strive to build and extend relationships with current clients on behalf of the agency.

Essential Functions

• Delegating to Media Directors and Media Supervisors to help manage work flow of the media team
• Delegating tasks to Account Managers/Executives to assist in managing clients and internal project work flow
• Assist in obtaining all Client approvals
• Drafting and distribution of status reports and meeting/conference call recaps between Client and Agency
• Coordinating with media buyers and other agencies to produce and coordinate marketing strategies
• Trafficking of all materials, including POs, creative materials, plans, etc
• Responsible for invoice approvals and getting them to Client on a timely basis
• Meeting all Client and Agency deadlines, as well as staying within individual budgets campaign parameters
• Research and create competitive media landscapes, sales analyses and industry updates
• Assist in creating new business pitch documents and agency capabilities presentations
• Represent the agency in new business pitch meetings and presentations

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor degree from a 4 year college
• Candidate must have 4-5 years’ Account Management experience in an advertising agency
• A background in fashion and entertainment and/or managing fashion and entertainment client(s)

• Able to meet strict deadlines and juggle multiple projects across multiple clients
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills
• Solid overall communication abilities with all levels of employees, including excellent writing and personal presentation skills
• Direct experience with and working knowledge of media planning/buying particularly interactive, mobile and television
• Experience creating and presenting new business pitches to the highest organizational level
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign
• Proficient in the use Media Research Tools (Comscore, Kantar, Nielsen)

MEDIA COORDINATOR/ASSISTANT MEDIA PLANNER

Summary of Position

The main role is to work closely under the guidance and direction of the Digital Media Planners in managing campaigns during their planning, execution and reporting phases. A successful Media Coordinator/Assistant Media Planner will demonstrate detailed understanding of the strategic planning process across a variety of channels such as: display, video, performance, social media and search. This role is critical to developing knowledge of both agency services and industry trends.

Digital Strategy, Paid Search, SEM, SEO, Organic Search, Natural Search, SMO, Google Analytics, Online Display Media

Essential Functions:

• Full understanding of the DART adserving system
• Responsible for the successful trafficking of all creative units to all websites
• Responsible for gathering screenshot reports for any active campaign
• Ability to pull reporting and provide analysis and optimization recommendations
• Comfortable working within the suite of Digital Planning tools to pull research request for current and prospective clients
• Ownership of billing and invoice management
• Assist in data gathering of industry trends and emerging media
• Gain Google Certification
• Ownership of status sheet, keeping the sheet up to date and working with team members to ensure its accuracy
• Schedule vendor meetings with the most important online vendors

Qualification & Skills

Bachelor degree from a 4-year college

Discipline Specific Skills

• The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of digital media experience (previous advertising experience is a plus)
• Must be a self- starter and an independent worker
• Active user of digital media (websites, social media, smartphones, tablets, search, etc.)
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Exceptional written, verbal and ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Attention to detail and follow-through skills a must
